So it turns out that people who set up
“weight loss” as a New Year's Resolution actually GAIN more
weight than their counterparts because they use it as an excuse to
eat EVERYTHING IN FRONT OF THEIR FACES FOR A FULL MONTH.
Unfortunately, I already eat everything
in front of my face. All months. So the rest of December is going
to be a little bit different.
Bought some healthy groceries. Picked
out some new, (hopefully) tasty recipes. (Thanks, skinnytaste.com)
Have my membership to the YMCA all ready to go. (Sunday swim-day, oh
yeah.)
10% of my body weight = 33.7. (Why
yes, I DID weigh in at 337, thanks for noticing.)
It's going to disappear before my
birthday, which is in exactly 1 day less than five months. That's 6-7 lbs a week, and
completely do-able. And it needs to get done... my pants are getting
tight. Shwew. To work!
